Call and Registration for the Spring 2007 GFRW BOD Meeting @ Crowne Plaza Hotel

Attached is the Call and Registration for the upcoming 2007 GFRW Spring Board of Directors Meeting to be held at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia Hotel across from Perimeter Mall.  Make your hotel reservations IMMEDIATELY.
 
The spring board meeting is being hosted by the 4th District Director Mary Spearman; the Central Dekalb RW & President Helen Von Waldner and the North Dekalb RW & President Bobbie Frantz.
 
Ora Jean Gunnin, Achievement Awards Chairman will be conducting a hands-on NFRW Achievement Awards Workshop and Judy True, Publications Chairman has developed an outstanding Leadership Workshop on Enhancing Committee Activity. There will be a Women's Health Workshop led by Susan Russell, PhD too.
 
On Saturday we will begin at 8:00 A.M. with a full course breakfast.
 
Joining us at the meeting will be Sue Everhart, 1st Vice President, State Republican Party; Amy Sollenberger, American Seniors Association, formerly NASCON; Dekalb County elected officials; Joyce Phillips, NFRW Secretary; Dr. Randy Martin (invited) and other invited guests.
 
We will break between 11:30 A.M. and 1:30 P.M. and then return for the Mother/Daughter Tea at 1:30 P.M.
 
You won't want to miss the elegant and wonderful afternoon Tea that has been planned by Lori Pesta, Chairman of the Mother/Daughter Tea,  President of the Cherokee County RW and 6th District Director and the three 6th District RW Clubs (Chattahoochee, Cherokee and Cobb Regional). There will be tea sandwiches, miniature pastries, and of course tea. Our guest speaker is the lovely Julianne Chambliss wife U.S. Senator Saxby Chambliss. This Tea is for everyone mothers, daughters, grand daughters, nieces, friend's daughters, (adopt-a-daughter) there are no limits as to who can attend. However, if you don't have someone to bring just come any way! This is an excellent opportunity to introduce our young girls to the Federation of Republican Women and to honor our mothers.
 
Please forward this information to all your club members and encourage them to attend the GFRW workshops and meeting. If they can't come to the meeting then invite them to come to the Tea.
