GFRW is off to a gala start in 2006 by attending a reception for us at the Governor's Mansion in Atlanta! GFRW ladies greet visitors to the Mansion: June McIntyre, Nancy Quan Sellers, Barbara Scruggs, Laurel Brewer, Shelia Smith Linda and Jean are from the Athens area and Ullainee is from DeKalb County. The First Lady introduces GFRW President Millie Rogers. Millie welcomes the members to the reception and starts the evening's program. Del, who is a member of Greater Gwinnett RW, enjoys meeting First Lady Mary Perdue. These ladies enjoy touring the beautiful dining room of the Mansion. . Waverly Hotel at Cobb Galleria Cobb County Commissioner Sam Olens welcomes the members to Cobb County Congressman Phil Gingrey Congressman Tom Price also gives an update from the U.S. House Senator Johnny Isakson Randy Evans, Legal Counsel for GA GOP President Millie Rogers and new Bartow County RW President Mindie Glidwell New GFRW District Directors Charlotte Gardner, Jeanne Condon, and Peggy Green Toria Morgan and Sue Everhart of Cobb County Site of GFRW Winter Board Meeting - February 4, 2006 Congressman Gingrey brings news from the U.S. House, including updates on the new Prescription Drug Bill Congressman Price represents the 6th District of Georgia. Senator Isakson, a long time friend of GFRW, brings greetings from the U.S. Senate. Randy Evans updates the members on some of the new campaign finance rules. President Millie proudly presents the new charter to Mindie Glidwell of Bartow County for their new club. -11th District Tonya Boga - 9th District Reva Jennings -6th District Lori Pesta- 5th District Margaret Holliman - 4th District Mary Spearman - 3rd District Barbara Scruggs - 1st District, Ruby Robinson Forsyth County is well represented at the luncheon on Saturday.
